Sympro WA will:
- Provide samples and posters for display;
- Provide order forms, brochures and promotion material for distribution
You are asked to:
- Complete the Fundraising booking form with ABN & GST details and forward to Sympro WA;
- Distribute order forms, brochures and promotional letters;
- Promote the fundraising and issue reminders;
- Notify the date and time for submission of order forms and collection of frames
Administration
- You collect completed order forms together with payments attached (cheque, money order or credit card details) (** for credit card payments - see below)
- You collate the orders and tally up the money. Then submit one order for the lot on the "special wholesale" order form together with cheques, money orders and credit card details for the total at the "special wholesale" price - plus freight. .
- Sympro WA will accept and process credit cards, but you will need to be sure that the total we receive from you (inlcuding credit card payments and cheques ) equals the total of the orders plus freight .
- We will process and deliver the order to you, together with your cheque for 25% of sales (ex GST and freight) .
- You allocate and distribute the order according to the individual order forms you have received
